Mixed Vegetable with Cabbage
| Chicken meat, sliced | 200 g |
| AJI-NO-MOTO® | ¼ tsp |
| Salt | ½ tsp |
| Sweet soy sauce | 2 tsp |
| Sesame oil | ¼ tsp |
| Cooking oil | 1½ tbsp |
| Garlic, thinly sliced | 3 cloves |
| Ginger, thinly sliced | ½ inch |
| Red chilies, slanting sliced | 2 |
| Carrot, cut in to stick | 150 g |
| Hot water | 1 cup |
| Shimeji mushroom | 150 g |
| Cabbage, cut | 250 g |
- Marinate the chicken with AJI-NO-MOTO®, salt, sweet soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Heat the cooking oil, stir-fry garlic, ginger and red chillies.
- Add in marinated chicken and stir-fry for a while.
- Add in carrot and hot water, stir until half cooked.
- Add in mushroom and cabbage. Stir well until fully cooked. Ready to serve.
