SAMBAL TUMIS
Ingredients:
Tamarind Paste1 tbsp
Onion, sliced 1 nos
Water300 ml
AJI-NO-MOTO®½ tsp
Salt2 tsp
Sugar5 tsp
Cooking Oil½ cup
Ingredients A: grinded
Dried Chili, cut, remove seed and boiled50 g
Onion1 nos
Shallot5 nos
Garlic3 cloves
Shrimp Paste½ inch
Method:
  1. Heat the pan, sauté onion until fragrant.
  2. Then add grinded ingredients (A) saute until oil rise on top.
  3. Pour in tamarind paste diluted with water to mixture.
  4. Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® salt and sugar.
  5. Simmer for 15 minutes, turn off heat and ready to serve.
