SAMBAL TUMIS
Ingredients:
Tamarind Paste
1 tbsp
Onion, sliced
1 nos
Water
300 ml
AJI-NO-MOTO®
½ tsp
Salt
2 tsp
Sugar
5 tsp
Cooking Oil
½ cup
Ingredients A: grinded
Dried Chili, cut, remove seed and boiled
50 g
Onion
1 nos
Shallot
5 nos
Garlic
3 cloves
Shrimp Paste
½ inch
Method:
Heat the pan, sauté onion until fragrant.
Then add grinded ingredients
(A)
saute until oil rise on top.
Pour in tamarind paste diluted with water to mixture.
Season with
AJI-NO-MOTO®
salt and sugar.
Simmer for 15 minutes, turn off heat and ready to serve.
