Fried Tempe
Ingredients:
Tempe (cut thinly)3 pieces
Turmeric Powder1 tsp
AJI-NO-MOTO®⅛ tsp
Salt¼ tsp
Cooking OilEnough
Method:
  1. Thin cut the Tempe and put into a bowl
  2. Add the turmeric powder, AJI-NO-MOTO®, salt and mix well.
  3. Heat the oil and fry the Tempe until it is crispy.
  4. Remove the crispy Tempe and dry off the excessive oil with kitchen towel.
Fried Tempe Sauce
Ingredients:
Bird's Eye Chili (pounded)8 no
Garlic (finely sliced and pounded)4 pieces
Sweet Soy Sauce150 ml
Brown Sugar (pulverized)1½ tbsp
Vinegar½ tbsp
AJI-NO-MOTO®⅛ tsp
Salt¼ tsp
Method:
  1. Cut the bird's eye chili and pound it.
  2. Slice and pound the garlic.
  3. Mix the chili, garlic, sweet soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and AJI-NO-MOTO® in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Add salt to taste.
