CHICKEN SOUP (salt only)
Ingredients:
Chicken, cut into parts½ nos
Cooking Oil2 tbs
Cinnamon1 stick
Cardamom seeds3 nos
Star Anise1 pcs
Shallot, thinly sliced3 nos
Bombay Onion, thinly sliced½ nos
Garlic, thinly sliced2 nos
Carrot, cut into cube1 nos
Potato, cut into cube2 nos
Water500ml
Salt2 tsp
Sugar½ tsp
Chinese Celery, chop2 stalks
Method:
  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add in cinnamon, cardamom and star anise fry until fragrant.
  2. Then add in shallot, onion and garlic, stir fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken, water and stir, then cover the pot and simmer until half cooked.
  4. Then add in potato, carrot and cook until tender.
  5. Season with salt and sugar.
  6. Sprinkle with chinese celery.
  7. Ready to serve.

AJI-NO-MOTO®½ tsp
Chinese Celery, chop2 tbsp
Method:
  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add in cinnamon, cardamom and star anise, fry until fragrant.

  3. Add the chicken, water and stir, then cover the pot and simmer until half cooked.
  4. Then add in potato, carrot and cook until tender.
  5. Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.
  6. Sprinkle with chinese celery.
  7. Ready to serve.
